Torch Across the Bridge
Everyone must cross a bridge at night with one torch. The bridge holds two, and a pair moves at the slower person’s pace. Get everyone over in as little time as you can.

How to play
Tap one or two people on the side where the torch is, then press Cross. A pair takes as long as the slower person. The torch goes with whoever crosses, so someone has to bring it back. Get everyone to the far side in the least total time. Use Back to undo one crossing at a time.

With people who take 1, 2, 5 and 10 minutes, the best total is 17 minutes. The plan where the fastest person escorts everyone takes 19. The trick is to send the two slowest (5 and 10) together, so the 10-minute walk is paid for only once, and let the two fast people handle bringing the torch back. With other numbers the escort plan can be just as good (every puzzle here has its minimum checked by exhaustive search).
