Go straight at white pearls and turn at black pearls. Use the neighbouring-cell rules to make one loop through every pearl.

How to play
Connect adjacent cell centres into one loop through every pearl. Go straight at white pearls and turn at one or both neighbouring cells. Turn at black pearls and go straight through both neighbouring cells. Empty cells may be unused.
